Who knew? My first juried show!
I found out that three of my images were selected for the first Leawood Arti Gras Fundraiser, hosted by the Leawood Foundation and the Leawood Arts Council. The exhibition is featuring local artist works selected by guest juror Paul Dorrell, owner of Leopold Gallery in Kansas City, and will be held in the Community Center on the lower level of Leawood, Kansas, City Hall, from February 24th through 26th, 2012.
Anyway, it was really nice to be selected, because it looks like there are some wonderful local artists represented! The other two images that were selected are Prairie and Orange Window.
