Okay, another photowalk with my photobuddy, Dara. Again, we’re keeping each other motivated to keep shooting photos at least once a month – even when life conspires to keep us from it!
On this July day, we started off at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, then wandered over to the garden in the Stowers Institute. It was a bit cloudy and muggy, but as always, it was great to be out shooting pics!

I think there’s a nice mix of textures and shapes here. There are several in the yellow flower alone (plus the little critter), and then the green buds.
And finally, these are the same flowers from the first pic, just a bit different angle, which meant different colors all around.
