Kauffman Gardens

Another monthly photowalk in the books, this time at Kauffman Gardens. It was HOT, so we mostly shot inside the little inside “room” of the garden. I’m not sure what it’s called, and it had been pared down immensely as far as plants from the last time we remembered being there. Maybe they’re moved outside?

In any case, we did have fun shooting, as always! And afterwards, there was lunch at Rozelle Court in the Nelson, so that was delicious and relaxing. The museum was packed… which was wonderful to see on a Friday morning/afternoon.

There weren’t a lot of different plants inside, so the first three images are in-camera double exposures combining the plant leaves and orchids I had been shooting (next images). I really enjoyed the shapes of the plants and their leaves. And the last two were shot outside – too hot for shooting out there!

    Cindy,
Love all the recent posts. You have gotten some great shots for sure. As always, I love that we can do a photo walk together and see things differently. Looking forward to our next adventure.
